Pulcinella was established 2001 and is situated in Cleveleys town centre which lies between Blackpool and Fleetwood.
Our head chef , Massimo Zampini and his team have created a menu which has been inspired by traditional regional Italian cooking. Dishes such as Ossobuco, Cacciucco Livornese fish stew and fresh hand made Pasta are presented in a modern way and in our own unique style.

Only fresh seafood from Fleetwood, quality meats from Cumbria and the best ingredients and produce from Italy find their way into our kitchen. Large Conway Mussels, Suckling pig from nearby Garstang and freshly imported Buffalo Mozzarella from southern Italy are amongst some of our and our diners favourites.

Sarah LargeWe arrived realatively early, after choosing pretty much at random, so we were heartened to see it already filling up with a nice buzz in the air. Fully booked, but even the plan B backup table in the window and with high chairs was still a great option. Unlike usual awkward high chairs that you keep slipping off and a table too small for anything practical, we had a great glass topped table (looked like a large converted firepit) with a variety of interesting objects inside! Despite being busy, the staff all looked after us well, and there was no unusually long wait times. Bruschetta to start was lovely and warm crispy toast with simple tomatoes on top that were fresh enough to not need anything else for fla our. Carbonara for main was rich and tasty with a satisfyingly thick sauce without using cream. The pancetta was suitably meaty and salty that each small diced bit was a welcome addition to the pasta. The only downside is that despite being confident that the dessert probably would've been just as good, I was too full and satisfied to have any. Having said that, the complimentary limoncello was well received, nonetheless! Our visit here was a happy coincidence, but it's well worth an intentionally planned evening.
